Over the last 30 years, Brian has gained a vast level of experience in the construction industry. He started out his career as a Trainee Engineer for Galiford Try. He then joined a regional building and civil engineering company in the year 2000. During this period, he undertook various projects valued from £100k to £3M. He was appointed the position of Construction Director for the company in 2007. Brian formed B Bilby Surveyors in the year 2000. Initially, the company was based on managing and surveying, before becoming a contracting company in 2022. He has worked for various blue chip companies over the years, whilst also building relationships with many small and local businesses (both private and commercial). Brian's main areas of expertise is in all aspects of groundworks and hard landscaping. As of recent times, Brian has pushed B Bilby Surveyors into the private building sector as well.
Nic has vast experience in the public sector in managing and working with the general public. She undertook the role of office manager in early 2022 where she continues to work today, she oversees all invoicing and account queries whilst sharing the buying responsibilities with Brian.
Lukas undertakes and oversees all of the major groundworks and civil engineering projects. Although, overseeing the projects, Lukas has and will always be hands on throughout the works. His due-diligence and dedication to every project has been recognised throughout his career. His aim is to deliver each project on time and to the highest quality standards.
